With Causes may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any
aspect of the With Causes Site, including the availability of
any features of the Site, at any time. With Causes may also

With Causes may terminate the authorization, rights and license
given above and, upon such termination, you shall immediately
destroy all Materials.

agents or affiliates facilities in the United States of America.
With Causes makes no representations that materials in this site

their own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and
all local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in
accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada without giving
effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state
to be determined exclusively by With Causes Inc. in any legal
action whether With Causes Inc. be Petitioner or Respondent,
State or federal action. If any provision of this agreement is
void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining
provisions of this Agreement shall not be
affected thereby.
“Donor Bill of Rights”
With Causes Charitable Organization believes in the rights of
donors and subscribes to the Donor Bill of Rights. This
statement of rights was developed by the following
organizations: the American Association of Fund Raising Counsel,
Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, Council for Advancement
and Support of Education, and National Society of Fund Raising
Executives. The full text of the Donor Bill of Rights follows.
"Philanthropy is based on voluntary action for the common good.
It is a tradition of giving and sharing that is primary to the
quality of life. To assure that philanthropy merits the respect
and trust of the general public, and that donors and prospective
donors can have full confidence in the not-for-profit
organizations and causes they are asked to support, we declare
that all donors have these rights:
I. To be informed of the organization's mission, of the way the
organization intends to use donated resources, and of its
capacity to use donations effectively for their intended
purposes.
II. To be informed of the identity of those serving on the
organization's governing board, and to expect the board to
exercise prudent judgment in its stewardship responsibilities.
III. To have access to the organization's most recent financial
statements.
IV. To be assured their gifts will be used for the purposes for
which they were given.
